The Best Honduras Beachfront Deals I've Found: Where, What, and How Much Would you like to live here? Who wouldn't? Read on to find out how you can
November 21, 2006 Roatan, Honduras Beachfront property is getting harder and harder to find
that's a simple fact of life. It is just too limited and too much of a desired commodity. So if you find not one, but two beachfront lots for sale
and if they are incredibly beautiful and priced right
what do you do?
You try to buy them, of course. And if you can't buy them, for some reason, you'd tell your friends about them, right?
That's why I am writing to you today. I have found two properties adjacent to one another, with a beautiful stretch of beachfront, and each one has a nice house on it. And each is for sale at a pretty incredible price.
Where? They're just minutes from my adopted hometown of La Ceiba on the Honduras mainland. In La Ceiba, you'll find shopping, banking, healthcare facilities, and an airport. This beachfront getaway is located between the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful backdrop of the Honduras cloud forest. Looking for awesome ecotourism activities? You'll find it all here. You can head up the Cangrejal River for a canopy tour, river rafting, horseback riding or hiking, and then come back and spend the afternoon snorkeling in front of your own beach
if you lived here, of course.
What? Each property measures 40 feet of beachfront by 90 feet deep. On each of them is an 832-square-foot cottage featuring two bedrooms (both bedrooms in both cottages have air conditioners) and one bathroom - just the right size for a beach hideaway. Between each cottage and the ocean is a thatched palapa with a BBQ area where you can sit and listen to the rustling of the palm trees while you cook the fish you caught out front. After that, you can relax in your hammock and look out at the sparkling blue Caribbean and the islands of Cayos Cochinos. How much? That's the best part. You can buy either one of these properties
3,600 square feet of land (with 40 feet of beach frontage) and a house of 832 square feet
for just $99,500. This may be the best beachfront deal I've come across
When? If you'd like more information, you'll need to act soon. I stress again that I rarely see properties of this quality come on the market at such a reasonable price. I am confident these won't be on the market long. How? Want to know more? Send me an e-mail, to the address below.
