New Zealand Countrywide Tour

March 8-17, 2007

The Tour of a Lifetime…

Traveling by bus, plane, boat and train, we'll be covering both the North and South Islands of this spectacular and diverse country. You'll enjoy more than a glimpse of the very best that New Zealand offers --- and get to see some mouth-watering real estate too.

You'll experience countless 'sights' you'll return home raving about, but this is no ordinary, run-of-the-mill sightseeing tour. In fact, it's extraordinary. We don't know of anything else quite like it.

Whether it's in cities or smaller communities, you'll be chatting with expats who've settled here…meeting real estate agents, developers and other trustworthy local experts…enjoying gourmet dining experiences…staying in some of the country's classiest hotels.

The tour will begin around 4 p.m on Saturday, March 8, 2008. We'll depart from the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Auckland and drive north to the stunning, sub-tropical Bay of Islands for two nights. We'll then drive south, via the Coromandel beaches, to spend a night each in Tauranga and Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty. After enjoying the famous "thermal" sights and Maori Culture of Rotorua we'll fly to Wellington for a night in the vibrant capital city. The next day we'll cross the Cook Straight by ferry to the South Island.  We'll then take the Tranz Coastal train to the garden city of Christchurch where we will spend two nights. A spectacular drive further south will take us to the  unforgettable, alpine resort town of Queenstown for our final two nights. The tour will conclude with a flight back to Auckland, arriving late afternoon on Monday, March 17.

Cost and What's Included

Early Bird Price (if you register before December 31, 2007):

USD $3,495 (per person sharing) or USD $4,295 (single)

From January 1, 2007 the price will increase by USD $200 per person.

Note: This cost is only guaranteed for the first 20 people. We reserve the right to increase the price for additional people based on additional transport and hotel costs.

YOUR TOUR COST INCLUDES

  • High quality accommodation each night
  • Meals as outlined - breakfast daily, a traditional Fish 'n Chips or pub meal, two quality three-course dinners plus hangi feast and concert
  • Entry fees as per itinerary
  • All organized real estate tours
  • Transportation by private air-conditioned coach
  • Airfare from Rotorua to Wellington
  • Cook Straight Ferry crossing
  • Tranz Coastal Train journey
  • Airfare from Queenstown to Auckland
  • English speaking driver and guide throughout
  • Backpack and arrival documents
  • 12.5% Goods and services Tax is included

Note: Cost does not include international airfare, any air amendments or excess baggage costs, meals not specified or optional excursions and activities. Beverages are not included except ½ a bottle of wine at the welcome and farewell dinners. Your tour guide and hotels can assist you with optional tour activities. You will receive additional information on suggested optional activities prior to the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before December 31, 2007, will receive a full refund, less a $350 penalty per person.  From January 1, 2008 through February 8, 2008 a refund less a $1,000 penalty per person will be given.  After February 10, 2007, the tour fee is non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend, please call, fax, or e-mail our offices immediately to avoid any unnecessary charges.
